USGC RBOB 83.7, premium RBOB 91.4 RVP shift

Platts US Gulf Coast RBOB 83.7 and premium RBOB 91.4 gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP beginning with the 53rd Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle on September 14.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to the RVP levels.
