Subscriber note: Platts to reduce time for price increments in Dubai partials

Platts will shorten the time that price increments can be made in the Market on Close assessment process for cash Dubai, Oman, Upper Zakum partials and partials spreads from October 1 to a maximum of 10 cents/b every 15 seconds.
