SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts changes CSAPR table format

Platts has changed the table format for its daily Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CASPR) assessments.

In the updated format, the NOx Annual and NOx Seasonal allowances have been moved to appear above the SO2 Group 1 and SO2 Group 2 allowances.

Also, the assessed price for each allowance is now shown in $/st rather than listed as a midpoint price between the reported bids/offers.

The assessments appear daily in Coal Trader and Megawatt Daily.
