SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts discontinues US spot chlorine price Sep 9

S&P Global Platts has discontinued its weekly US spot chlorine assessment, effective September 9, 2019, due to limited spot market activity.

This decision follows a proposal note initially published June 7, 2019.

Platts will continue to publish the US chlorine domestic contract price. Platts understands that the US chlorine market largely trades on a term basis.

The discontinuation will affect the following:
