Subscriber note: N-grade, V-grade set for RVP shift on September 16

Platts Midwest Group 3 conventional 87-octane unleaded (N-grade), premium unleaded gasoline assessments and suboctane (V-grade) and premium suboctane will reflect 10 RVP effective September 16, 2013.
