Platts to launch weekly Europe D40 and D60 spot assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will launch Delivered Duty Paid Northwest Europe spot assessments for dearomatized white spirit with a flash point of 40° (D40) and dearomatized white spirit with a flash point of 60° (D60), effective Oct. 7, 2025.

Platts originally proposed these assessments in a subscriber note published July 30, available here.

These new assessments will complement the existing white spirit FD NWE and FOB Rotterdam assessments.

The weekly assessments, in Eur/mt, will take into consideration price information gathered up to the close of the assessment process on each Tuesday at 4:30 pm London time and follow the UK publishing schedule, which can be found here.
