Platts bunkers, HSFO, 0.5%S marine fuel MOC process in New Orleans

Effective Sept. 9, S&P Global Platts will resume publishing bids and offers during the Market on Close assessment process for New Orleans bunkers, as well as for the front-end laycan of USGC HSFO and marine fuel 0.5%S in New Orleans.

Platts suspended publication of bids and offers for New Orleans bunkers and the front-end laycan (seven-nine days forward) for US Gulf Coast HSFO and 0.5%S marine fuel in New Orleans in the MOC process on Aug. 30 as a result of the disruption caused by Hurricane Ida.

Platts will continue to closely monitor the ongoing situation and invites further questions and comments.
