SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Russian diesel seasonality change PFD and CFD

Effective October 1, 2014 Platts will start reflecting winter grade Diesel 350 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 350 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District assessment, with winter grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment. Summer grade will continue to be taken into account until October 31 after which only winter grade will be reflected. Separately, effective October 16, 2014 Platts will start reflecting winter grade Diesel 350 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 350 ppm FCA Central Federal District assessment, with winter grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment. Summer grade will continue to be taken into account until November 15 after which only winter grade will be reflected. A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available upon request.
