SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to publish Libyan crude Mesla official selling price

Platts proposes to begin publishing the official selling price for Libya's Mesla crude effective November 1. 2014. Through this proposal, Platts aims to publish a complete portfolio of Libya's crude export slate. Platts will publish the Mesla crude OSP on a monthly basis, as received from the Libyan National Oil Corporation.
