Clarifying that ULSD, gasoil reflect full/part cargoes

Platts Mediterranean and Northwest European gasoil and ULSD CIF cargo assessments reflect cargoes where the seller has the right to deliver either a full or a part cargo of a reasonable size.

In both cases, the vessel must meet all physical and operational parameters of the port originally stated in the bid or offer.

In those cases where the buyer chooses to deviate the vessel to another normal/typical destination, any additional cost or exposure beyond those associated with a full cargo shall be for the seller's account.
