Russian diesel summer to winter seasonality change PFD, CFD

Effective Oct. 1, 2021, S&P Global Platts will start reflecting winter-grade diesel 10 ppm on a prorated basis in the Diesel 10 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District and Diesel 10 ppm FCA Central Federal District assessments, with winter-grade being given an increasing weightage in the assessment.

Summer-grade will continue to be taken into account until Oct. 31, after which only winter grade will be reflected.
