SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Russian diesel seasonality change PFD and CFD

Effective October 1, 2015, Platts will start reflecting winter grade diesel 50 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 50 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District assessment, with winter grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment.

Summer grade will continue to be taken into account until October 31 after which only winter grade will be reflected.

Separately and effective October 16, 2015, Platts will start reflecting winter grade diesel 50 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 50 ppm FCA Central Federal District assessment, with winter grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment.

Summer grade will continue to be taken into account until November 15 after which only winter grade will be reflected.
