Unipec Singapore Pte Ltd joins EMEA fuel oil MOC

Unipec Singapore Pte Ltd has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for fuel oil barges and cargoes in the Mediterranean and northwest Europe.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as Unipec Singapore Pte Ltd. Platts welcomes all feedback.
