Brightoil International joins Asia HSFO swaps MOC

Brightoil Petroleum International Pte Ltd has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for Asia HSFO swaps.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as BRIGHTOILINT.
