SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes revising Buckeye, Laurel Pipeline date ranges

S&P Global Platts is proposing an adjustment to the delivery date ranges for refined product assessments on Buckeye Pipeline and Laurel Pipeline in New York Harbor. Platts Buckeye and Laurel pipeline assessments currently reflect trade 3-7 days forward Monday through Wednesday, and 5-9 days forward Thursday and Friday.

Platts proposes to shift the Wednesday date range to 5-9 days forward with effect from November 15, 2019.

This proposal is based on initial market feedback and aims to align the methodology more closely with Buckeye's nominating schedule, which requires three full business days between nominations and shipment on the line.

Assessment date ranges for refined product barges in New York Harbor will remain on the normal schedule, which runs 3-7 days forward Monday through Friday.
