SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Russian diesel summer to winter seasonality change for PFD and CFD

Effective October 1, 2018, Platts will start reflecting winter grade diesel 10 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 10 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District and Diesel 10 ppm FCA Central Federal District assessments, with winter grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment.

Summer grade will continue to be taken into account until October 31, after which only winter grade will be reflected.
