EPA: Platts launches Italian baseload electricity assessments

Effective Monday, Platts has launched daily assessments of the following over-the-counter Italian baseload electricity contracts: month-ahead, quarter-ahead, second quarter-ahead and year-ahead. Platts has also launched 50% and 60% efficiency spark spread and clean spark spread assessments based on month-ahead and quarter-ahead Italian power and Italian PSV gas assessments. Platts applies the market-on-close methodology in line with all other European electricity assessments.
