US Gulf Coast RBOB/premium RBOB RVP shift

Platts US Gulf Coast RBOB 83.7 and premium RBOB 91.4 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP beginning with Colonial Pipeline's 53th shipping cycle on September 15.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels.
