Portland and Seattle gasoline RVP shift

Platts Portland and Seattle conventional 87 and 91 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 11.50 RVP effective September 16, 2010, and then 13.50 effective October 1, 2010.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Olympic Pipeline system.
