SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Change to Chicago products RVP effective September 16

Effective September 16, 2014, the Platts Chicago conventional unleaded, CBOB, premium unleaded, RBOB and PBOB gasoline assessments will reflect 11.5 RVP.
