Subscriber note: USGC CBOB RVP changes begin September 6

The CBOB 87 octane (A1) and premium 93 octane (D1) 7.8 and 9.0 RVP gasoline grades are currently scheduled for delivery through Colonial Pipeline's 51st cycle from Pasadena, Texas. Colonial's 52nd cycle will tentatively become prompt on September 6. When the 52nd cycle becomes prompt, Platts' assessment of the 7.8 RVP grades (A1 and D1) of gasoline will convert to a 11.5 RVP (A3 and D3) gasoline assessment. At this time, Platts will suspend the 9.0 RVP (A2 and D2) assessment until 9.0 RVP products return in 2013. This is a seasonal RVP shift.
