Platts to publish Russian duties on PGA 1106

Effective October 3, 2011, Russian crude oil and oil product export duties as announced on a monthly basis by the Russian Finance Ministry will be published on Platts Global Alert page 1106.

The values published will correspond to the export duty applicable during the month of publication.

For example, duties published on October 3 would be duties that prevail on exports for the month of October.
