SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes to change name of US ethylene FD USG marker

S&P Global Platts proposes to change the US ethylene FD USG marker to US ethylene FD Mont Belvieu with effect from October 11, 2019.
This methodology change would reflect more precisely the trading hub for spot US Gulf Coast ethylene.
This proposal would affect the following assessments: Ethylene FD USG M1 (AAOSR00) and Ethylene FD USG M2 (AAOSS00). These assessments appear in Olefinscan, Platts Petrochemical Alert pages 301 and 870, as well as in the Platts price database under the codes listed above.
