US DLVD polymers Oracle codes/label errors

Due to technical errors, the codes for a number of polymers assessed on a US Domestic Delivered Railcars basis in $/mt were incorrectly labeled in the Oracle database since April 2010.

These assessments are correct in the Polymerscan and Platts Petrochemical Alert pages.
