Castleton Commodities Merchant Asia Co Pte Ltd has advised S&P Global Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) Market on Close assessment process for BFOE CFDs, middle distillate physical barges and cargoes and paper, mogas barges, MTBE barges and naphtha cargoes.
