D and V grade:
When the Colonial Pipeline's 51st shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 7.8 RVP D-grade (Premium CBOB) and V-grade (Premium Conventional Unleaded) and the 9.0 RVP D-grade and V-grade. The RVP will be adjusted for both V and D to 11.5 RVP. These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system. The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about September 6, 2011.
A and M grade:
When the Colonial Pipeline's 51st shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 7.8 RVP A-grade (CBOB) and M-grade (conventional unleaded 87) and begin assessing 11.5 RVP A-grade and M-grade instead. This change reflects a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system. This will also mark the end of the publication of the Summer Supplemental gasoline assessments. The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about September 6, 2011.
F and H grade:
When the Colonial Pipeline's 53rd shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 11.5 RVP F-grade, RBOB, and 11.5 RVP H-grade, PBOB. Instead, Platts will begin assessing 13.5 RVP F and H-grade instead. This change reflects a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system. The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about September 17, 2011.
S and T grade:
When the Colonial Pipeline's 50th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 7.0 RVP S-grade (Atlanta CBOB) and T-grade (premium Atlanta CBOB). Instead, Platts will assess the 11.5 RVP S-grade and T-grade gasolines. This change reflects a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system. The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about August 31, 2011.
