Subscriber note: Netbacks for Russian Komsomolsk, Khabarovsk refineries

Freight costs used to derive gasoil, fuel oil and gasoline netbacks for refineries in Komsomolsk and Khabarovsk, Russia, will be calculated, with immediate effect, as South Korea-Singapore lump-sum freight rate (TCADK00) plus $2/mt. The netbacks for the refineries and all the calculation inputs are published on PGA pages 1340, 1440 and 1550, as well as in the pilot version of Russian Marketscan.
