Subscriber note: Platts to move tanker assessment process to new page

As part of ongoing work to update and repaginate Platts Global Alert, Platts proposes to move its tanker Market on Close assessment process on PGA and its associated Marine Alert add-on information service. The Market on Close page is where heards, bids, offers, and trades are reported by Platts. On Platts Global Alert, tanker market data would move to PGA page 6, from its current location on PGA page 953. On PGA's Marine Alert add-on service, tanker market data would move to PGT page 9, from PGT page 953 currently. These changes are planned to go into effect from December 3, 2012.
