Subscriber note: Platts to move bunker assessment process to new page

As part of ongoing work to update and repaginate Platts Global Alert, Platts proposes to move its bunker fuel Market on Close assessment process on its Marine Alert add-on information service (PGB) from PGB page 997 to PGB page 8 with effect from December 3, 2012.
