Effective Monday, August 20, 2018, S&P Global Platts has added LNG freight costs from Gladstone, Australia, into the existing discharge ports.
As a result, Platts has introduced nine new voyages from Gladstone to the following destinations:
Japan/South Korea (Futtsu), South China/Taiwan (Guangdong Dapeng), West India (Dahej), Southwest Europe (Huelva), Northwest Europe (Zeebrugge), Northeast US (Everett), Brazil (Salvador Bahia), Argentina (Bahia Blanca), and Egypt (Ain Sukhna).
These are published in Platts LNG Daily and on the Natural Gas Alert page 1025.
The voyage length in days for these voyages are estimated as follows: Futtsu 9, Guangdong Dapeng 10, Dahej 15, Huelva via Suez 27, Zeebrugge via Suez 30, Everett via Panama Canal 26, Bahia Blanca 18, Salvador Bahia 22, Ain Sukhna 21.
The port cost assumed for Gladstone is $240,000.
The bunker fuel basis for these routes will be Singapore.
