SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Group 3 RVP changes now set for September 16

Group 3 suboctane and premium suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 10 RVP effective on or around September 16, based on further market feedback.

Platts originally issued a subscriber note proposing RVP changes for September 14.
