SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to assess naphtha against M3 waterborne from Aug 28

Platts will assess standard and heavy naphtha against M3 (11.5 RVP) waterborne gasoline starting August 28, 2015. Platts will continue to use M2 (9 RVP) gasoline as the basis for assessments up to and including August 27, 2015.

Bids and offers in the Platts Market on Close assessment process that price naphtha against M3 will be normalized back to M2 based on publicly available information that Platts receives up until and including August 27.
