Platts to link ULSD NWE assessments

Effective January 3, 2012, Platts proposes to publish the current CIF Diesel 10 ppm NWE assessment (basis Le Havre) as a freight related netback to the current CIF ULSD 10 ppm NWE assessment (basis Amsterdam) using daily freight rates published in the Platts Clean Tankerwire.
