Effective January 3, 2012, Platts proposes to adjust the specification reflected in the CIF ULSD NWE 10 ppm (Amsterdam) assessment to French specification.
Currently the CIF ULSD NWE 10 ppm assessment reflects UK specification diesel.
Bids and offers for other grades, including UK and German specifications will also be reflected but normalized back to French specification.
