USGC seasonal gasoline RVP change schedules

A and M grade: When the Colonial Pipeline's 51st shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 7.8 RVP A-grade (CBOB) and M-grade (conventional unleaded 87) and begin assessing 11.5 RVP A-grade and M-grade instead. This change reflects a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system. This will also mark the end of the publication of the Summer Supplemental gasoline assessments. The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about September 7, 2011.
