On August 17, 2018, S&P Global Platts clarified its US Renewable Energy Certificates methodology guide to remove outdated reference to the in-state requirement for Ohio non-solar Renewable Energy Certificate assessments. The in-state requirement ended in 2014. Further information can be found in the guide posted in Methodology area on the platts.com website.
