50 ppm ARA gasoil barge swaps in eWindow from August 23

Effective August 23, 2011, Platts will list 50 ppm gasoil barge swaps as a product in its eWindow tool.

In keeping with existing Platts Market on Close guidelines and standards for derivative assessments which use the eWindow software, the following timings will prevail.

Participants who wish to place bids and offers for outright indications need to do so in eWindow prior to 16:20 London time each day.

Those wishing to place spread indications should do so prior to 16:15 London time.

Incrementability will be set at a maximum of $1.00/mt a minimum of every 20 seconds, with a 30-second limit for rebidding or reoffering following trade.

There will be no price freeze up to 16:30 London time.

A 60-second extension will be triggered by any price move or a rebid/reoffer in the 20 seconds prior to 16:30 London time.
