USGC Atlanta CBOB/premium CBOB RVP shift

Platts US Gulf Coast Atlanta CBOB 87 and premium CBOB 93 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 11.5 RVP beginning with Colonial Pipeline's 51st shipping cycle on September 7.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels.
