The Aug. 13 story "Oil demand seeing 'major deceleration' led by China: IEA" has been corrected to reflect changes the International Energy Agency later made in an update to its monthly Oil Market Report. The corrected projection of global oil inventory increases in 2025 is 860,000 b/d, and the "call" for OPEC+ crude in 2024 is maintained at the same level as the July report at 41.7 million b/d.
