SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes to launch new Americas dirty tanker assessments

Platts proposes to launch five Suezmax, seven Aframax and one Panamax dirty tanker assessment from the Caribbean, US Gulf Coast and East Coast Mexico, reflecting established trade routes of dirty products out of the region.
