Platts proposes to start publishing daily assessments for a UK Continent to West Africa route on the basis of 60,000 mt clean product cargoes. The new assessments would be launched with effect from November 4, 2013. The assessment will reflect long-range tankers carrying clean product cargoes, primarily gasoline and gasoil. Platts proposes to publish assessments for clean product tankers carrying the above mentioned cargoes out of these ports, as they represent liquid trading routes. Please send any feedback by October 1, to europe_products@platts.com, tankers@platts.com and pricegroup@platts.com. For written comments, please provide a clear indication if comments are not intended for publication by Platts. Platts will consider all comments received and will make comments not marked as confidential available upon request.
