Platts ULSD cargoes, summer winter NWE changes

Diesel cargo subscriber note: Platts proposes to start reflecting winter grades of 10ppm French sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its Diesel 10ppm cargo FOB and CIF for NWE (basis Le Havre) and MED assessments effective August 31, with summer spec being given a progressively lighter weighting up to September 13.
