Correction: NWE PTA contract price for Jul 27, August 3

The Northwest European purified terephthalic acid contract price assessment on July 27 and August 3 were incorrectly published and should read 881-991/mt FD NWE.

The assessment codes affected at AACVW00. The prices appear in PCA 590, and in PolymerScan.
