Subscriber note: Platts confirms discontinuation of Oso OSP code

Following feedback to its May 28, 2013, proposal, Platts confirms it will discontinue the code for the Official Selling Price of Nigeria's Oso Condensate beginning in January 2014. Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, which sets Nigerian oil OSPs, stopped providing OSPs for Oso Condensate in February 2012, after the grade ceased being marketed independently due to falling production. The OSPs for Oso Condensate were published on Platts Global Alert (PGA) Page 1065 and in Platts Market Price Database under database code AAIQM00.
