The maintenance will begin at 9:00 AM and last until approximately 1:00 PM (all times New York). While this maintenance will ensure Platts continues to provide stable, timely, reliable delivery of Platts Market Data directly to our valued customers, during this maintenance period the site will be unavailable to users. With that in mind, if you access Platts Market Data via the URL ftp.platts.com or through one of our distribution partners, then no additional action is required on your part. If you connect to Platts directly via IP address, however, please contact Platts Client Services immediately as you will need additional information and additional action may be required.

Please note that Platts is taking necessary precautions to ensure that the service is restored to its normal operating condition following the maintenance window.
