SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Calendar for CIF diesel cargo summer to winter change

Effective August 27, Platts will start reflecting French winter specification of ultra low sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its CIF ARA, CIF NWE (Le Havre), CIF UK and CIF Mediterranean diesel cargo assessments.

Other diesel cargo assessments including FOB ARA, FOB NWE (Le Havre) and FOB Med will also be affected by the change.

September 4 will be the last day on which summer specification can be bid or offered.

A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available on request. The following calendar applies:

- August 27: First day reflecting French winter - September 1: First full five-day period for winter indications - September 4: Last full five-day period for summer indications - September 11: Fully winter
