SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes changes to Turkey rebar assessment

Platts proposes to change the delivery window on its daily FOB Turkey rebar assessment (STCBM00 daily, STCBM00 monthly average) to 2-8 weeks, and time normalize cargoes to the mid of this window.

At the same time, Platts also proposes to change the payment terms to "at sight", with all other payment terms normalized to this standard. Platts is proposing these changes become effective, September 18, 2015. All other specifications will remain the same.

The assessment appears in the Daily Briefing, Platts Metals Alert and Steel Markets Daily.
