Noble Clean Fuels Ltd joins EMEA naphtha cargoes MOC

Noble Clean Fuels Ltd has advised Platts that it intends to take part in the European Platts Market on Close assessment process for EMEA naphtha cargoes.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as Noble Clean Fuels Ltd.
