Platts to update Nature-Based Avoidance input for Platts Decarbonization Index effective Aug 1

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will update the components to its Nature-Based Avoidance input of the Platts Decarbonization Index (ABZIA00), effective Aug. 1.

This follows an announcement by Platts that it will be suspending publication of its Nature-Based Avoidance, Southeast Asia Current Year Vintage spread assessments effective Aug. 1.

The assessments that will be suspended from the Platts Decarbonization Index are as follows:

The Nature-Based Avoidance input of the Platts Decarbonization Index will continue to utilize the Nature-Based Avoidance, Southeast Asia $/mtCO2e Current Year assessment (ANBAA00).
