Subscriber note: Platts to align European T2 ethanol barge with eWindow timings Aug 1

Effective August 1, 2013, Platts will align several eWindow guidelines for physical European ethanol T2 Rotterdam Barge Market on Close assessment processes. These time changes do not affect non-eWindow Market on Close assessment processes. The aligned timings are as follows: Last time to register barge price indications: 16:05 London time; Incrementability: Maximum EUR1/cu m a minimum of every 20 seconds; Repeatability: Maximum of 30 seconds to repeat a bid or offer following a trade; Final state: None. Bids and offers can be changed in price up to the close of the assessment process. Extension: A 60-second extension triggered by a change in the bid or offer price or in the event a repeat bid or offer is made in the last 20 seconds.
